Effect of crossfit-trainings on the heart rate of adolescent judokas

Background: One of the types complex control system is medico-biological, which includes a set methods and measures aimed at assessing health, functional state athlete’s body, taking into account reaction his systems to various loads. CrossFit constantly varied high-intensity training program in with increasing load, pulse rate increases. The context purpose study: research was find out frequency heart adolescent judokas presence CrossFit-trainings process physical fitness, for pedagogical scientific experiment held youth sports cultural center after V. Zakaryan (Hrazdan city). From groups 10-12-year-olds practicing judo school, one experimental group formed, each 10 athletes. During “Tabata”, “AMRAP”, “21-15-9” “WOD” were mainly used. Athletes’ measured manually wrist before training, during immediately order athletes’ feelings toward load. Results: In September-June period, implementation CrossFit-training program, athletes on average 102,2 bpm, 158,3 bpm – 157,8 bpm. Conclusion: indicators obtained as result correspond norms suggested literature sources.
